Short version: KkoriKok has no account, advertising, or third-party analytics. Schedules stay on your device. If pet backup is enabled, pet profile and progress are stored in your own iCloud account so they can be restored after reinstalling. We do not operate a server that receives this content.
1. Who we are
KkoriKok (“the App”) is provided by Grigent (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how the App handles information.
2. Data the App handles
You can enter schedules, completion history, a pet name, species, breed, and appearance preferences. Schedules and completion records are stored locally on your Apple device and in the App Group container used by KkoriKok widgets. We do not receive them.
Pet profile and progress—including name, species, breed, appearance seed, experience, food balance, meals, streaks, and family unlock progress—are also stored locally. When iCloud Pet Backup is enabled, this limited pet snapshot is stored through Apple’s iCloud key-value storage under the Apple Account signed in on your device. It is used only to restore or synchronize the pet across your devices. Grigent has no server or operator console that receives or reads the snapshot.
If you enable Apple Calendar access, the App reads events and regional holiday calendars selected on your device and displays them locally. It does not copy those events to our servers or into the pet backup. The App may also request notification permission; reminders are scheduled locally. You can change these permissions in iOS Settings.
3. Purchases
The optional Lifetime Unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. The App reads transaction entitlement status needed to unlock features, but we do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple handles purchase records under its own privacy policy.
4. Data collection and tracking
The current App does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, accounts, or our own cloud backend. We do not sell personal information. Apple provides the iCloud and App Store infrastructure under your Apple Account and Apple’s terms.
5. Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you delete it in the App or remove the App and its data through iOS. Removing the App may not remove the pet snapshot from iCloud. In KkoriKok Settings, you can turn off iCloud Pet Backup to stop updates or choose “Delete iCloud Pet Backup” to remove that snapshot. Purchase records are retained by Apple according to Apple’s policies and legal obligations.
6. Children
The App is a general-audience productivity tool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children because the App does not transmit user content to Grigent.
7. International use
The App can be used globally. Apple may process iCloud and purchase information in accordance with your Apple Account, storefront, settings, and Apple’s privacy policy. Applicable privacy and consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
8. Future features
If a future version adds shared family accounts, analytics, our own backend, or any new data practice, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure before that feature is released.
9. Security
We use Apple platform storage, iCloud, and StoreKit APIs and avoid unnecessary data collection. No method of storage is completely secure; keep your device passcode and Apple Account protected.
10. Your rights and contact
Because Grigent does not receive your calendar or pet content, deletion and access actions for that content are completed on your device and Apple Account. For privacy questions, email support@grigent.com or use our Support page.
