These terms govern use of KkoriKok. Apple’s standard End User License Agreement also applies where required by your App Store storefront.
1. The service
KkoriKok is a personal calendar and virtual-pet experience. It helps organize plans and provides motivational game elements. It is not a medical, veterinary, emergency, financial, or professional-advice service.
2. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App under these terms and Apple’s rules. Do not reverse engineer the App where prohibited, interfere with its operation, use it unlawfully, or copy its original artwork and branding.
3. Lifetime Unlock
The optional Lifetime Unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase. It unlocks the premium features described on the purchase screen for the supported lifetime of the App; it does not promise that every future product or separate service will be included. Payment, Family Sharing eligibility, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled through Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and storefront rules. The App clearly displays the current App Store price before purchase.
4. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, law, platform changes, or product maintenance. We will not intentionally misrepresent available paid features.
5. Your content and backups
You retain rights in the schedules and names you enter. Schedules and completion records are stored locally. If enabled, iCloud Pet Backup stores a limited pet profile and progress snapshot in the iCloud account connected to your device so it can be restored after reinstalling or on another device. You can disable updates or delete the cloud snapshot in Settings. Sync and restoration depend on Apple’s iCloud availability, the correct Apple Account, network access, and platform behavior; keep independent records of critical schedules.
6. Intellectual property
KkoriKok’s code, original character rendering, interface, brand, and site are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Dog and cat breed names are used descriptively. KkoriKok is not affiliated with or endorsed by any breed registry.
7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted notifications, synchronization, or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from missed reminders, device failure, synchronization failure, or reliance on the App. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, security, or product reasons. The effective date above will change, and material changes will be communicated in the App when appropriate.
