My widget is not updating
Open KkoriKok once after adding or changing schedules. iOS decides the exact widget refresh time, so updates may not be immediate.
Restore Lifetime Unlock
Open KkoriKok → Settings → Lifetime Unlock → Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
Restore my pet after reinstalling
Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive available, then open KkoriKok with iCloud Pet Backup enabled. The App keeps the snapshot with the greater accumulated progress. Schedules are not included in this pet backup.
Notifications do not arrive
Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → KkoriKok and allow notifications. Focus modes can also delay or silence alerts.
Delete my data
Delete schedules in the App. In Settings, choose “Delete iCloud Pet Backup” before removing the App if you also want the pet snapshot removed from iCloud. Removing the App deletes remaining local data but may not delete iCloud data by itself.
Is there a subscription?
No. KkoriKok offers an optional non-consumable Lifetime Unlock. It does not renew automatically.
Are all breeds supported?
The searchable catalog includes recognized dog and cat breed names, mixed breeds, rescued companions, and a custom entry. Registries differ by country and change over time. Character art is original and stylized rather than an exact breed portrait.
